A small critical access hospital in Fallon, NV is seeking a Temp to Perm LPN, 13-week contract, to join their team. Great facility and great team to be a part of!

Pay Rate: $45/hr DOE

LPN Job Description:

• LPN will provide direct and individualized nursing care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing functions of residents.
• Assist RN with planning, implementation, and evaluations
• Delegate duties to personnel accordingly
• Educate residents and family on preoperative and postoperative health

LPN Qualifications:

• LPN must be certified in the state of Nevada
• CPR certified
• Experience, Training, or Education
• IV therapy certification preferred
