Day Shift
Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse, Emergency Room:
- Registered Nurse, emergency roon will utilize theoretical concepts as the foundation for making practice-based decisions.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
- The Registered Nurse, Emergency Room will collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement patient care plans
- Lower nurse to patient ratios (1:4)
- Schedule: 3, 12-hour shifts

- Day and night shifts available across multiple departments: Med/surg, ER, ICU
- Block scheduling options to ensure work-life balance.

- Stackable shift differentials: 20% of base pay for nights, $25% of base pay for weekends, 15% of base pay for evenings.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse, Emergency Room:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Kansas Registered Nurse License or Compact State License.
- BLS Certification.
- New Grads Welcome!
