Cath Lab Manager, RN Background Requirements:

• Seeking a candidate with a distinguished leadership background, demonstrating a strong and consistent track record of leadership excellence.
• The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Electrophysiology (EP) & Catheterization (Cath) Labs, with the understanding that the role includes hands-on responsibilities (working position).
• A valid Colorado or Compact RN license is mandatory for consideration.

Cath Lab Manager, RN Work Schedule:

• The position operates on a day shift schedule, with shifts being 5 days a week, 8 hours per day.
• Working hours are from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with no on-call duties required. M-F

Cath Lab Manager, RN Supervisory Responsibilities:

• The Cath Lab Manager will be responsible for scheduling and supervising a dedicated team of approximately 16 to 17 staff members. This team will include RNs, Cardiovascular Technicians, and Cath Lab Assistants.

Compensation:

• $33 to $60.00 an hour
• Salary Exempt Position

Cath Lab Manager, RN Operational Volume and Innovation:

• A Cath Lab that is recognized for its innovative, modern, and advanced practices. Apart of a hospital with a strong heart program, resulting in a high volume of cases.
• 3 Cath Labs
• The lab handles an average of 400 STEMI cases annually and approximately 2,000 Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) procedures.
• This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team within a cutting-edge, high-volume Cath Lab environment.
