As an executive lounge security professional, you will be tasked with providing stellar customer service to the venue's guests while simultaneously ensuring their safety. You will be in direct customer contact situations where de-escalation techniques will have to be utilized. You will be responsible for assisting in emergency response situations and other high stress, sensitive incidents. You will be asked to to help find helpful solutions to the venue's guests' problems/concerns. You will be expected to uphold the venue's safety guidelines without fail in every situation.

Being trained in martial arts, self defense and/or any other physical training is a plus. The candidate must be in great physical shape and physically fit.
