At Iron Mountain, our Product Management team is responsible for providing the vision, execution and analysis necessary to build and deliver customer-centric solutions based on deep industry expertise and years of delivery know-how. Our product teams are organized into small, focused teams to operate with speed and agility, while benefiting from the resources of an established information management leader.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team chartered with building our strategic unified content asset management platform, Iron Mountain InSight DXP, a key component of our Digital Business Unit strategy that enables customers' digital transformation, automation and data monetization.

Your responsibilities will span across platform capabilities, driving strategy and requirements, as well as working with solution teams who are building on the platform. You'll bring together the breadth of Iron Mountain capabilities in a single experience to enable unique and differentiated end to end solutions.

As a strong, market & customer centric Product Manager, you will gather input and market data to validate problems and needs, and work closely with talented designers, engineers and cross functional teams to envision, build, and deliver capabilities that drive value for our customers and provide an outstanding user experience.

Specific responsibilities include:

* Conduct market opportunity and requirements analysis and definition using customer/prospect visits, surveys, and market research firms

* Understand the landscape, conduct competitive analysis, and ensure meaningful differentiation of Iron Mountain platform capabilities

* Develop detailed requirements, feature definitions and implementation plans

* Prioritize requirements and resolve conflicts during the product development process

* Provide the "voice of the customer" to ensure marketability of the platform and features, establishing and tailoring of value propositions for appropriate market segments

* Collaborate with other product managers to align dependencies and releases for related products/features

* Serve as the Subject Matter Expert, lead customer discussions and engagements to validate value and gather input, and support pre-sales and sales

* Support Go To Market and enablement activities to effectively communicate the value to commercial teams as well as customers

* Play a key role in ensuring that product efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals

* Ensure standards are followed including written and oral project status updates to appropriate audience, operational readiness, technical reviews, and tollgate reviews

The successful candidate will have a bias toward action, a proven track record of delivering products and enhancements to market at speed, and a curiosity for emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate a matrixed organization are a must.

Qualifications:

* 5-7 years of experience in a product manager role for a SAAS platform or product with global/international experience

* Experience in building workflow based processes / solutions automating key business processes highly desired

* Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience turning data into actionable insights

* Experience with a CSP, Content Management, ECM, or BPO platform/solutions

* Experience in Analytics/ BI; Data Visualization, Machine Learning, NLP, Robotic Process Automation a plus

* Passionate about building functional and engaging customer experiences

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for customer focused innovation and a strong sense of urgency

* Experience with Agile SDLC and associated tools (e.g. Jira)

* Comfort in a rapidly changing environment with competing and shifting priorities

* Ability to quickly develop domain and customer expertise

* Exceptional written and oral communications skills (including presentations), as well as listening and interpretation skills, multi-lingual highly desired

* Ability to work well in a team environment

* Results oriented with a high degree of professionalism and integrity

* BS required, (Engineering or Marketing preferred); MBA highly desired
