The Inside Sales Representative III is responsible for initiating, maintaining and growing relationships with prospective inbound and / or existing Iron Mountain customers while conducting various sales activities to establish and / or grow their accounts with Iron Mountain.

Success in this role is measured by hitting / exceeding monthly sales quotas and consistently staying ahead of activity metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

Education : High school diploma, 4-year college degree preferred

Experience : 4 years Solution-based B2B Sales; technology sales a plus

A driven self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Achieves or exceeds performance and / or sales metrics and targets

Manage sales pipeline effectively and accurately

Experience working with a similar company preferred

Record of success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas and departmental metrics

Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools

Exhibits strong time management skills

Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools, preferred
