Responsibilities:
- MUST have passed UDRE salesperson test or hold a valid UDRE sales license
- Keep all your commision and super low monthly fees ($65 a month)
- WE HAVE TOO MANY LEADS, You will be provided with as many as you want.
- Show properties to potential buyers or renters
- Advertise and promote properties through various marketing channels
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations
Requirements:
- Valid real estate license in the state of [NV or UT]
- Proven experience as a Realtor or desire to be trained and passing score on UDRE test
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
