Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Entry Level Management to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers
- Assist with product demos and answer any questions or concerns
- Process customer transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

Qualifications:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in retail math calculations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of technology products is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
