Iron Door Management is seeking full time LEASING AGENTS. This dynamic position requires that you have a minimum of 1-2 years Leasing and/or Property Management experience.
This position is primarily responsible for the leasing of apartments the greater Kansas City area and is a contract position (commission only). The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Excellent at both phone and in-person leasing

• Strong work ethic
• Self-motivated and hard-working
• High-energy and commitment to high performance in a busy, multi-task work environment
• Proven success in sales
• Ability to generate and follow through on tenant leads

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-2 years experience as a Leasing Agent
• Valid Drivers license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual – English/Spanish a PLUS
• High School Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.
• Understanding of all Fair Housing rules and regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.66 - $21.26 per hour
