IRMI is Hiring a Construction Specialist Research Analyst Near Dallas, TX

IRMI is seeking an individual with experience in construction risk and insurance to provide content and expertise in our construction vertical. The right candidate for this role will have excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to work independently as well to collaborate, average or better networking skills, and a desire to continuously learn. This role offers room to expand into additional responsibilities in IRMI's largest industry vertical.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and write content on construction risk and insurance topics
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., content strategy, production, customer success and marketing) to meet business objectives
  • Stay current on developments in construction risk and insurance
  • Represent IRMI at industry conferences or events (Travel 3-4 times per year may be required)
  • Develop and maintain a network of construction risk professionals
  • Assist in development of IRMI Construction Risk Conference curriculum
Education/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from a four year-college or university
  • Excellent analytical skills and oral and written communication skills
  • 4 years of experience in construction risk or insurance roles
  • Industry certifications such as CPCU or CRIS a plus
  • Ability to learn and become proficient with content creation and management tools
