We are a dynamic interior design firm in search of a diligent Buyer/Purchasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is a collaborative professional who exhibits a high degree of organization and an exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
• Efficiently place orders with established vendors and manage vendor relations.
• Oversee scheduling and timely delivery of goods.
• Maintain clear communication regarding order statuses with our team.
• Track billing from vendors, manage vendor setups, and negotiate pricing terms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in purchasing; background in the design field is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with A/P, logistics, and customer service protocols.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office Suite is essential.
