Altura is hiring Level 1 & 2 Composite Technicians. Pay starting at $23-$36/hour for well qualified candidates. Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience with Spider platforms would be considered a plus.
• Ability and comfort with working at considerable heights (in excess of 250 feet).
• Hands on blade repair experience would be considered a plus.
• Experience applying LEP would be considered a plus.
• LPS testing would be considered a plus.
• Valid Drivers License.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Pre-employment background checks.
• Drug & alcohol testing required.
• Requires high level of physical fitness.
• Strong safety culture.
• Must be eligible for work in the US.
• Year-round work available.
• GWO certs would be considered a plus.
• Competitive per diem rates.

Physical Requirements:

• Move, carry, and lift objects 50 lbs. or more.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, reach, and climb.
• Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
