Account Management Burlington, Massachusetts Were hiring! We are currently looking for an Account Director , Data-Driven Marketing to join our Data Driven Futures Team. This role will focus on building trusting relationships between clients and agency experts. The client services team ensures the successful delivery of projects while contributing to the overall growth of the business. This role will focus on managing client relationships and project deliverables to assure Iris is providing the highest level of service to our clients . Building and managing relationships with external client stakeholders are essential for success and critical to the ongoing success of our growing agency. The Account Director will work closely with our experienced campaign managers, martech specialists and data scientists to lead efforts towards helping our clients achieve their business objectives. This is a client-facing role responsible for coordinating all aspects of client interaction and seeking out opportunities to provide additional value through enhanced services. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where you can jump in, quickly figure things out, roll up your sleeves, and actively push the boundaries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cultivate strategic business opportunities, building key relationships, team leadership and serving as a catalyst for growth among assigned accounts . Seeking out opportunities to bring additional value to clients through expansion of service offerings . Proactively pursue opportunities to improve the agency beyond your day-to-day responsibilities. Be energetic about what you do, take pride in your work and be the one bringing new ideas to the team every week. Required Skills/Experience: 10 years work experience Ability to effectively communicate with clients in a highly professional manner Ability to coordinate with multiple clients and manage complex projects in a deadline-focused environment Strong leadership skills, attention to detail and willingness to work outside the role as needed Knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation, particularly as it relates to CRM and performance media.
