Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Boutique Hotel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in managing all aspects of the hotel operations
- Supervise and support all team members on staff
- Handle guest relations and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Support revenue management efforts to optimize profitability
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures

- Assist in training and development of staff members
- Maintain a high level of hospitality and service standards

-Assist in preparing monthly staffing schedules for optimal guest service

-Be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends, nights, holidays and the occasional overnight shift

-Travel to other properties for management coverage is essential in this role

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in phone systems, front desk operations, and supervising staff
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Knowledge of revenue management practices to drive profitability
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
