Description: Iris Property Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Property Manager to oversee the management of four properties totaling 416 units in Little Rock and South Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be based in Little Rock, AR, and possess strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. This role involves managing a team of 9 staff members, including Property Managers and Maintenance workers, while ensuring efficient operations and high levels of tenant satisfaction.

This position covers Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Occasional availability (by phone/email) required overnight/on weekends.
