Position Summary:

The Solution Architect is a key member of our Technology Team, leading client engagement and delivering innovative solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead client discovery and requirement gathering, providing innovative solutions.
• Develop and present solution documentation, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Implement and train on Salesforce Marketing Cloud, serving as a subject matter expert.
• Translate client requirements into technology solution roadmaps.
• Contribute to new business efforts and agile delivery.
• Drive adherence to best practices and lead optimization activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing Automation Managers and analytics teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership within our Salesforce practice.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a baseline understanding of capabilities across Data Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Personalization and Marketing Cloud Intelligence preferred.
• Coding capabilities in Ampscript, SQL, and JSON.
• Experience leading client-facing implementations.
• Understanding of cross-channel marketing best practices.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and protection practices.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
