Position Summary, Job Requirements & Responsibilities
What We're Looking For :
If you enjoy leading and guiding teams following an Agile mindset, then you will be excited about the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Release Train Engineer opening with Iridium.
As a Release Train Engineer, you will facilitate Agile Release Train events and processes, and support teams in delivering value.
As a Release Train Engineer you will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.
You will be responsible for supporting the program, delivering high-quality work throughout the program lifecycle, including analyzing program delivery metrics and sharing this knowledge across Iridium's multiple organizations.

Coach teams on Agile values, principles, and SAFe best practices

Work Environment :
The position is largely sedentary with the majority of the position sitting in a chair and working with a computer. The role uses basic office equipment including a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse and printer.
For meetings in person, this position will need to be able stand, walk within the office and climb stairs on occasion.
