WHO YOU ARE:

WA State Licensed Physical Therapist: With a passion for sports rehabilitation and outstanding patient outcomes.
Experienced in Outpatient Orthopedics & Sports Rehab: Eager to develop and manage a staff and caseload focused on sports and athletic injuries.
Community Connector & Innovative Leader: Ready to lead by example, foster a supportive team environment and connect with the community through sports and wellness initiatives.
Tech-Savvy: Ability to utilize new technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client’s engagement and increase efficiency

PAY & BENEFITS INFORMATION:

Base salary: $85,000-$95,000 depending on experience
Additional earning potential: Shared reward intelligent compensation program in which therapists can select a percentage of their base salary and percentage of pay based on performance. Clinic Directors are eligible for additional compensation based on performance of all clinical staff that is distributed every paycheck! Earning potential on this program allows our therapists to earn well over 100K with base salary performance pay.
