As a senior member of Iress’ Group Risk team (a Line 2 function), you will play a key role in driving the implementation of Iress’ Board-endorsed Three Lines Model across the organisation. You will also work collaboratively with your colleagues in the broader Risk & Compliance function to uplift risk culture and capability across the organisation and perform key Line 2 activities. Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with: Support the consistent application and adoption of the Iress Risk Management Framework across the organisation, including monitoring implementation at the Business Unit and Corporate Function level Collaborate with Line 1 teams to deliver risk management training, coaching and guidance to various audiences Collaborate with colleagues in the Risk & Compliance function to successfully deliver strategic projects, including the design, rollout and ongoing administration of Iress’ new GRC platform, as well as key initiatives associated with the Iress Risk Strategy Perform Risk Appetite Statement and Key Risk Indicator monitoring and reporting, as well as deep dive analysis of material risks, as required Monitor Management’s progress in addressing key audit findings and recommendations Assist with the design and implementation of Iress’ resilience operating model (including overseeing the development, maintenance and testing of crisis / incident response and business continuity plans across critical business functions) Drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement around risk management within Iress What you will bring: Significant experience in a Line 1 or Line 2 operational risk role, ideally within banking, financial services or professional services Highly proficient in supporting risk and control owners with risk management and monitoring processes (such as risk identification, assessment and risk treatment, as well as controls design, implementation and testing) Proven ability to utilise data analytics, visualisation tools and risk management software to derive actionable insights Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement Team player with strong leadership, collaboration, influencing and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Why work with us? 8 additional paid days per year to extend your weekends Hybrid working Generous cash bonus for every successful referral Annual Profit Share when Iress meets its annual profit targets Starting school leave - 8.5 days of leave to assist your children with the transition to school Up to 26 weeks’ paid parental leave for primary carers (up to 4 weeks for secondary carers), and the ability to work part-time when returning to work 3 days’ paid leave per year to participate in charity initiatives Discounted health insurance premiums Access to learning and development programs through Udemy Iress is committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive culture.
