Description:This position will assist with performing diagnostic duties under the supervision of a licensed respiratory therapist. Responsibilities include assurance of all safety and functions of the equipment, administering aerosolized medication treatments, performing arterial blood gases, and chest physiotherapy.
Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory care program
• Completed 1st semester of the respiratory program at the time of hire
• BLS required.
• ACLS and PALS are preferred.
• Must possess full range of body motion to pass basic FIT test for position to include walking, kneeling, standing, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, reaching and sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
