We are looking for a Receptionist/Bookkeeper for our Auto Body Shop client in Mercer County, NJ. Receptionist must have relevant 1-2 years of bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers
• Answering phone calls and transferring to relevant department
• Your job will also require you to be ethical and to maintain the confidentiality of a client’s financial records.
• You will record income and outflow of money, property and other financial assets.
• Accurately record and review all financial data.
• Must pay close attention to details and be very accurate when recording numerical data.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
• Highschool/Bachelors
• Bilingual/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
