Position: CSR / Dispatcher

Pay: Earn $52k - $75k a year bonus

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or dispatch, preferably in related industries.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Manage customer interactions and coordinate dispatch for service technicians, ensuring efficient scheduling and high-quality service response.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and schedule services.
• Dispatch technicians with full job details.
• Maintain customer and job status records.
• Address urgent service needs effectively.
