Ira Trocki MDPA is a full-service mobile wound care treatment organization that is delivering services to our patients right in their own homes! We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform in home advanced wound care treatments such as debridement, debridement-only therapy, surgical repair, and autologous stem cell therapy for our patients.

Your job as a Nurse Practitioner will be to review and assess the patients’ wounds, diagnose them with ease and determine the best treatment plan for them. Ira Trocki MDPA offers an extensive debridement-only treatment plan to remove dead tissue from the wounds and an autologous stem cell treatment if the patient so desires. We are looking for hardworking, dedicated and caring Nurse Practitioners who are willing to work hard and play nice for the same time each day.

Responsibilities:
·Review the patient’s wounds and determine the best debridement method, including surgical repair if possible.
·Obtain informed consent from the patient regarding all procedures performed in the absence of a medical doctor.

·Obtain wound cultures and prepare them for treatment according to Ira Trocki MDPA procedures.
·Assess the patient’s condition and determine appropriate treatments, including surgical repair if possible.
·Perform all treatments according to Ira Trocki MDPA procedures and follow all policies and guidelines provided by Ira Trocki MDPA.
·Document all treatments according to company policies and procedures on all patient charts according to our quality assurance standards.
·Inventory duties: Clean rooms, stock supplies, report any shortages or damaged supplies/devices to management. Maintain cleanliness of exam room/treatment room at all times. Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards set by state/federal agencies. Perform other tasks as required by Management.
