Responsibilities:
Contribute to internal brainstorming sessions to develop project methodology and recommendations
Conduct primary and secondary research to inform client solutions, leveraging IQVIA’s proprietary tools and databases as necessary
Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform strategic recommendations; exercise informed judgment in identifying the approach to addressing key business questions
Interview senior leaders and executives on the client team or external stakeholders (e.g. physicians, health insurers, thought leaders, and patients)
Contribute to the preparation, execution, and follow up of client workshops
Take ownership for the development of reports, presentations and other client deliverables, under the guidance of more senior team members
Present to client audiences via teleconference or in face-to-face meetings at the client site
Cultivate professional relationships with members of the client team
Acquire deep knowledge of IQVIA data sources and tools
Proactively develop knowledge of the healthcare industry and consulting methodologies
Assist in proposal development and thought leadership activities
Skills & Experience:
Strong capability in managing priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistent, high quality outcomes
Willingness and ability to work effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals
Ability to think creatively and create innovative solutions where needed
Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Demonstrable analytical, interpretative and problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation, communication and client influencing skills
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including presentations, leading meetings, business and report writing
Knowledge of consulting methodologies, tools and techniques
Qualifications & Requirements:
A strong academic track record including MBA or relevant undergraduate degree plus3 or more years relevant experience, or an PhD in a life sciences related field preferred
An avid interest in the healthcare and life science industries
Strong business acumen and understanding of client based businesses
Project management experience desired
Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills
Exceptional written, numerical and problem solving skills
Adaptability and an ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $113,600.00 - $189,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.Full Time
