One of our clients in Springfield, VA, USA needs a SharePoint Analyst for a full-time position.

• Position: SharePoint Analyst
• Location: Springfield, VA, USA (onsite 2 days)
• Position Type: Full Time Contract
• Clearance: Active Public Trust Clearance or eligible to obtain one.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Heavily into Configuration, design and customize SharePoint channels, libraries, lists, and workflows.
• Implement and maintain security settings and user permissions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their collaboration and document management needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SharePoint solutions.
• Building new SPO sites and designing landing pages.
• Configuring SPO Sites (including enhanced site setups)
• Supporting the re-creation of site permissions.
• Creating and maintaining documentation. Must be very proficient in MS Office tools.
• Monitor SharePoint usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging SharePoint trends.
• Collaborate with team members to integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems.
• Work closely with developers and administrators to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues if needed.

Required Experience/ Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Analyst or in a similar role with configuration and migration with tools like Sharegate (plus) or more.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint workflows, forms, and integration with Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Teams).
• Proficient in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
• Creating and supporting SharePoint Online Sites: 2 years (Preferred)
• MS Office 365: 1 year (Preferred)
• MS SharePoint: 3 year (Preferred)
• Proficient in SharePoint Online and ShareGate
• Excellent task management, customer service, and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills and ability to use JSON and PowerAutomate a plus.
• Must have prior federal experience with Public Trust Clearance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Troubleshoot user challenges with SPO Sites
• Share best practices across the team
• Communicate clearly, apply strong writing and presentation skills
• Work independently and within a team structure
• Understand and support Client SharePoint services model
