• Starting at $19.50/hr (if you're trainable with no experience).
• Between $21-$23/hr for those with relevant experience.

Hours:

• Unique 2-2-3 shift pattern from 6pm-6am.

Type: Direct Hire – We're looking for long-term commitment and growth.Responsibilities:Your main objective? To perform comprehensive maintenance. This includes everything from repairs and installations to modifications on our equipment, buildings, and grounds. Be the backbone that keeps our operations smooth.

• Safety First: Always ensure you're protected with the right gear and follow safety protocols.
• Take charge of changeovers on machine centers, working with a diverse range of equipment.
• Show off your diagnostic prowess: Identify, adjust, and mend mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Champion our preventive maintenance regime, keeping everything in top shape.
• Collaborate in updating our computer systems – from preventive maintenance tracking to general maintenance.
• Adhere strictly to GMP guidelines and be vigilant about food safety issues.
• Everything from Drill Press, Welders, and Milling machines, to Lathes, Grinders, Forklifts, Air Compressors, and a multitude of other shop tools.

• 1-3 years in industrial or manufacturing maintenance is a huge plus. An Associate's degree in a relevant trade area? Even better.
• A High School Diploma or its equivalent is a must.
• Showcase your fabrication skills, including welding and machining.
• Be proficient with various shop tools, and familiar with their processes.
• Boast a robust mechanical/electrical aptitude and understanding.
• Self-starter attitude: Work efficiently with little supervision and have the ability to juggle and prioritize tasks.
• Bring to the table your excellent decision-making skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills will serve you well.
• Flexibility in working shifts based on business needs.
