IQ Resource Group, Inc. is Hiring a 2nd Shift Finishing Operator Near Neenah, WI
- 2nd shift (2pm-12am, Monday-Thursday) Possible Overtime
- Operation and set up of various finishing machines including knotters, loopers, wire, enveloper, stitcher, shrink wrapper, and fan folding.
- Read and utilize information on job jackets to complete orders to customer specifications.
- Label and mark finished product (boxes, cartons, skids) in a clear concise manner according to written specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Ability to distinguish various shades of color.
- Ability to read and understand basic written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to read a ruler
- Basic math skills
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to stand for 8-12 hours.
- Ability to work overtime
- Ability to display finger dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to complete tasks, which require repetitive motion. (I.e. fan folding, twisting and bending wire. Physically grasping, reaching, bending, and lifting.)
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that includes dust, noise and working with solvents.
