Job Description:
As the Content Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, playing a pivotal role in our brand voice. You'll spearhead the creation of compelling, story-based content across diverse mediums using the patient, influencer, and other content that you capture, edit, and produce. With a knack for generating buzz, you possess exceptional storytelling skills.
Bringing valuable healthcare marketing expertise to the table, you're adept at leveraging current trends to maximize exposure. Your responsibilities will include directly engaging patients to capture their inspiring narratives, fostering connections with our brand, and guiding prospective patients along their vision correction journey via these organic stories.
Job Duties:
- Cultivates new and existing patient engagements on the clinic level in partnership with frontline staff.
- Assist the VP as required.
- Applies all HIPPA and PHI policies as directed.
- Develop compelling, creative content for integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation by working directly with patients and influencers.
- Manage the content creation process from ideation to development to distribution including posts and distributing to our network.
- Help build and promote the IQ Laser Vision Family brand through strong storytelling.
- Utilize social media and review platforms to increase our brand’s reach.
- Assist and train other team members if needed on how to best interact to posts, comments, etc. to generate buzz.
- Manage Ambassador relationships and deliverables.
- Create high-quality marketing copy for multiple media types, including the website, social, video, ads, and email.
- Create and maintain a unified brand voice while ensuring adherence to content style standards.
- Examine data and analytics to continue to improve and optimize content.
- Review and edit the lead nurturing funnels in partnership with the VP of Marketing and Business Development.
- All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of content marketing experience.
- Social media knowledge.
- Ability to connect with patients and influencers to help create an impactful online experience.
- Follow their journey. Capture their experience with photos, videos, written testimonials, etc.
- Edit, post, reply, and comment in a manner that reflects our mission and brand voice.
- Outstanding focus on detail, grammar, quality, precision, and uniformity.
- Demonstrated track record in developing content across various media channels, and tailored to captivate audiences and increase leads
- Understanding of general SEO concepts including tagging, captions, and the like.
- Ability to identify and/or work with internal staff members to identify potential influencers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
