We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team being based out of Global HQ in Blue Bell, PA office, with flexible remote & hybrid options.

The role of the Marketing Coordinator is as follows:

• Create and maintain marketing and sales materials that help with the pursuit of new business
• Coordinate the promotion of the company by creating original marketing materials and graphical content for internal and external audiences to increase brand positioning and awareness

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific job activities include (but are not limited to):

• (60%) Create, update, and maintain marketing materials:
• Manage the qualification package development process from start to finish
• Develop and maintain qualification materials and brochures, including project descriptions, experience matrices, service descriptions, and company overviews
• Collaborate with internal teams to write and edit technical content and ensure current information is accurate and up-to-date
• Create customized qualifications as needed
• Maintain a catalog of marketing materials on the intranet and in CRM
• Assist with the development of proposals, presentations, or special pursuits materials as needed
• (20%) Graphics:
• Layout marketing materials and brochures in InDesign, create graphics in Illustrator, edit photos in Photoshop/Lightroom
• Create infographics out of technical content
• Create digital and print materials such as posters, brochures, layouts, and handouts
• Work with the marketing team to continually improve InDesign templates for qualification materials
• (20%) Promotional activities strategy and implementation:
• Conduct competitive analysis of competitors’ products and services and develop strategies to position marketing materials effectively
• Assist with promoting marketing activities through internal communications via the intranet and newsletters
• Assist with award submittal applications, tracking, and promotion

Qualifications & Requirements

REQUIRED EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS /WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, English, journalism or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing and or sales capacity with exposure to event management, market research, proposal/qualification package preparation, social media, and public relations, preferably in the AEC industry
• Strong grammar and English skills are required
• Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of collaboration and teamwork
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and marketing analytics
• Experience with CRM and e-blast programs
• Website development/management a plus
• Active involvement in professional development associations, such as SMPS, is considered a plus

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY

• Must adhere to office safety guidelines and follow corporate quality work processes. Travel is minimal, but there might be a need to support regional offices on strategic opportunities when necessary. May attend meetings on and off site and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.
