The Clinical Therapists are responsible for providing direct psychological clinical services to injured workers and services are provided through multiple modalities, including initial assessments, case management, psychoeducation, as well individual, and group therapy classes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Therapists work closely with the multidisciplinary pain management team to ensure that all individuals who are in our care receive high-quality clinical services.

• Will partner with the clinical team to assess current treatment and examine opportunities for improvement and will include participation in multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients in an outpatient pain clinic.
• Conduct weekly psychoeducational class/group sessions for individuals attending the outpatient daily Functional Restoration Program (FRP) at the clinic
• Provide brief individual therapy to individuals in the FRP and evaluate their clinical progress in the program.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION

• California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or
• Licensed Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or
• Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist (LMFT)

COMPENSATION RANGE:
$105,000 to $130,000 annually depending on Licensure

All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
