Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sandblaster to join our team. As a Sandblaster, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting or refinishing by using abrasive materials and equipment. Your attention to detail and ability to work with various surfaces will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Duties:

- Prepare surfaces for sandblasting by cleaning, masking, and securing the area

- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove paint, rust, dirt, and other debris from surfaces

- Monitor and adjust sandblasting equipment settings for optimal performance

- Inspect surfaces after sandblasting to ensure they are properly prepared for painting or refinishing

- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

- Maintain and clean sandblasting equipment after each use

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timelines

Skills:

- Proficient in using sandblasting equipment and techniques

- Familiarity with airless paint spraying techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

- Ability to restore surfaces to their original condition
