The Front Office Coordinator assists the IPI Wealth Management team by greeting and directing all visitors, handling all incoming calls, scheduling client meetings, maintaining client database, preparing client forms, maintaining electronic filing system, supporting the client onboarding process, opening and closing the office, and contributing to team efforts by working collectively on other projects as assigned. This position will support all other team members in various ways.
This position is a great opportunity for a detailed oriented, hard-working, self-starter seeking a new career challenge, or a recent college graduate interested in business administration. Compensation
This opportunity is an hourly, full-time position. Hours will be from 8AM until 5PM Monday through Friday with a hour-long break for lunch. There will be opportunities to grow within our firm as we continue to grow.
