Job Assignment

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of high-end residential remodels and new buildings. This position is a hybrid field/office position. Attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to show initiative is a must.

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

• 3 years of high-end residential project management.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Enjoys problem solving and can creatively and effectively identify and solve the issue at hand.
• Can track and manage a project budget.
• Schedule and coordinate with subcontractors and inspectors.
• Committed to a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Can communicate effectively and create great relationships with team members, contractors, suppliers, town/city officials, and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously and bring each project to a close successfully.
• Framing and finish carpentry experience.
• Experience in estimating and initiating takeoffs preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam is a plus.
• Construction Supervisor License and OSHA 10/30 training preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience required.
