Position Title: Gameday Operations
Department: Athletics
Office Location: KANESVILLE CENTER 2020, OFFICE OF ATHLETIC MEDIA RELATIONS
2700 COLLEGE ROAD, COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA
Department contact name/supervisor: Ian Alumbaugh, Associate Athletic Director
Approximate hours per week: 10-15 hours/week as needed
Wage: $9.00 per hour.
Purpose/role of the position: To assist the athletic media relations department.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. GAME DAY SET-UP AND SUPPORT – assist w/ set-up and tear down of facilities needed for media, game operations and promotions at sports facilities with additional duties on as needed basis
2. GAME DAY MANAGEMENT – Assist in the implementation of public address announcer, music, scoreboard, live streaming video, and other functions as needed
3. ARENA / STADIUM MUSIC – Organize athletic sound computer to make sure proper and clean music is installed and ready for all athletic events
4. OTHER DUTIES AS NEEDED

Council Bluffs

Must be a registered student.
Must be available nights & weekends.

Requires prolonged sitting / standing
Ability to periodically lift up to 50 lbs.
