The Assistant Coach will help the Head Coach coordinate all phases of a competitive NJCAA Division I swimming program. Including, but not limited to coaching, recruiting, budget management, travel management, rules and eligibility compliance, administrative duties, departmental fundraising, meet management, academic advising, marketing, promotions, and public relations.
Required Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years coaching experience or equivalent experience
• Ability to pass a background check, have a current license and good driving record

Preferred Qualification

• CPR and First Aid Certification
• Collegiate coaching experience

• Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction)
• Acceptable hearing (with or without hearing aid)
