POSITION: THRILL PARK REDEMPTION ASSOCIATE

DATE OF WORK: Fair Time, August 8th – 18th, 2024

HOURS OF WORK: 8:15 am - 3:30 pm or 3:30pm - 12:00 am

NAME OF IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: CONCESSIONS/COMMERCIAL EXHIBITS DIRECTOR

WORK DUTIES: Responsible for the redeeming of on-line Thrill Park purchases.

DUTIES

• Greeting guests as they arrive at the redemption trailer.
• Assisting guests with the exchange of wristbands for on-line orders.
• Maintaining a clean environment in and outside of trailer.
• Any other duties as assigned

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ability to read and verbalize instructions.
• Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions including rain and 90 degree temperatures or above.
• Displays high standards of ethical conduct. Exhibits honesty and integrity. Refrains from theft-related, dishonest or unethical behavior.
• Works and communicates with internal and external clients and customers to meet their needs in a polite, courteous, and cooperative manner. Committed to quality service.
• Displays a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently. Works with minimal supervision. Demonstrates responsible behavior and attention to detail.
• Responds appropriately to supervision. Makes an effort to follow policy and cooperate with supervisors.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of personally identifiable financial information.
