What does a Home Health Staff Nurse do?

As a Home Care Nurse you will be providing g-tube feedings, administering medication, trach care and providing assessments for a 40 year old in their home setting in the Boone, Iowa community. You will play a critical role in this families support system ensuring that this individual is able to live life as normal as possible. You will provide teaching, education, and clinically support the family with maintaining their child in their home setting. This is a Monday - Friday position with days hours and evening hours available with some weekend opportunities.
