What does a LPN Home Health Visit Nurse do in home care? 

The truth... it's not always easy but it can be very rewarding! You will be caring for a diverse population of clients in their homes. You may do wound care, fill med planners, teach and/educate, and head to toe assessments just to start. You will be working closely with other members of the team to include aides, therapists, and social workers with the goal of helping maintain your client where they love to be the most – THEIR HOME! You will be seeing multiple clients in a day (it’s a great time to catch up on a podcast) and will be traveling in a variety of Iowa weather.
