Temp IT Business Analyst
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify business needs and problems: Work with stakeholders to identify areas of the organization where improvements can be made. This may involve gathering and analyzing data, conducting market research, and consulting with experts.
• Develop solutions: Work with stakeholders to develop solutions that address these needs and meet the desired objectives. This may involve creating business plans, identifying new technology or systems that could be implemented, or developing new processes or procedures.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and technical experts. This may involve presenting data and reports, leading meetings, or writing detailed documents.
• Provide ongoing support: Work with stakeholders to provide ongoing support and ensure that the solution is meeting the desired objectives. This may involve tracking performance metrics, identifying any issues or challenges, and making recommendations for further improvements.
• Documentation: Create and manage SDLC documents including Project Charter, Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Traceability Matrix, and Test Cases
• Assist with project management for selected projects
• Ability to work in a dynamic and matrix environment cross-functionally being a team player.
• Test business processes and recommend improvements
• Test Planning and ability to build use cases in support of SIT and UAT as needed
• Convert roadmap features into smaller user stories
• Ability to create ad-hoc reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance is a plus
• Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
• Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling

REQUIREMENTS:

• Expertise in Pharma Commercial Data domains such as Patient, Physician, Hospital, Payer, Provider with Data Sources in Commercial pharma such IQVIA, MMIT, Compile, Veeva Open Data, NPA, Formulary data sources or similar
• Proficient in Sales, Marketing, and Market Access units of business
• Experience with Digital / Omnichannel marketing including areas such as Customer Experience platforms, Web/CMS, Digital Asset Management, and email social engagement platforms
• Knowledge of Medical Affairs, Health Economics, Outcomes Research (HEOR), Specialty Pharmacy, and Patient Services is a plus
• Techno-Functional knowledge within Data processing such as Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence
• Understanding of Data privacy and tokenization standards such as de-identification, anonymization is a plus
• Understanding or expertise in Compliance policies CCPA, GDPR is a plus
• Six Sigma or similar certification with documentation preferred
• Technical knowledge in SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, Azure or similar cloud platforms is a plus
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Superior presentation and negotiation skill
• Seven or more years of experience in a Mid to Senior level Business Analyst and/or techno-functional suitable roles
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business analysis, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Facilitation skills
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
