Description
ION Solar is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Specialist to join our Site Survey team on a part-time basis. The Scheduling Specialist will play a critical role in coordinating and managing appointments for our site surveyors, ensuring efficient and timely surveys for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate site survey appointments with clients and surveyors.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm and reschedule appointments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments and follow up on any changes or cancellations.
- Collaborate with the Site Survey team to optimize scheduling efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize scheduling software and tools to manage appointments and track survey progress.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
