This person will be considered a member of the facilities team and work with a diverse group of individuals at all levels.WHAT WILL YOU DO?The IT Service Desk Engineer will be part of the ION's IT Department, primarily based in NYC. The IT team is formed of an enthusiastic mix of people with strong technical, functional and customer service skills.
