Project Manager

About Us:

Ion Computer is a premier Information technology recruitment and consulting firm Located in Hauppauge, N.Y. We are currently seeking Project Manager to join our dedicated team. Our client is New York State's largest integrated healthcare provider and private employer. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager with expertise in the OnBase application or Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS).

Responsibilities

Project Management:

· Lead and manage healthcare projects related to OnBase or EDMS implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery within scope and budget.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.

OnBase Application and EDMS Expertise:

· Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the OnBase application or similar Enterprise Document Management Systems.

· Provide technical guidance and support for the integration, customization, and optimization of OnBase or EDMS solutions.

Data Conversions:

· Oversee large-scale data conversions, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data standards.

· Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans in collaboration with IT and data management teams.

Epic Integration (Preferred):

· Experience with Epic Systems is a plus. Collaborate with Epic teams to ensure seamless integration of OnBase or EDMS solutions within the Epic ecosystem.

Stakeholder Communication:

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clinicians, IT professionals, and administrators, to gather requirements and provide project updates.

· Facilitate regular project status meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in healthcare settings, with a focus on OnBase or EDMS projects.

· Strong understanding of healthcare data management, compliance, and security standards.

· Familiarity with Epic Systems is highly desirable.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

Pay: $69.04 - $72.19 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
