Practice Manager Job Description

Our Company is looking for candidates who are seeking a Career Reinvigoration Destination (CRD) or are otherwise looking to be challenged and held to standards they have not previously experienced. Dedicated and talented individuals who excels in both Practice and Project Management and flourish in an unconventional, challenging, and progressive based environment are encouraged to apply. Experience in concierge medicine is an added benefit, but not required. This positions includes Practice Manager responsibilities, Project Management, and Medical Assistant (not required) responsibilities or a combination thereof.

Candidates are expected to possess or develop exceptional problem solving skills. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who want to be pushed to their full potential. The landscape of our industry changes frequently, and we need someone who can adapt and keep up.

Practice Manager Responsibilities

  • Complex, administrative based research projects
  • Ability to embrace and thrive in Project Management based projects
  • Take responsibility for various key Projects and see those to fruition
  • Manage day to day functions, including but not limited to vendor management, staff supervision and oversight, patient flow, training and onboarding
  • Assist with new opportunities in current & potential markets to drive company growth.
  • Work with other Management/Administration in a synergistic fashion
  • Work closely with Medical Director
  • Ensuring that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities.
  • HIPAA and other compliances
  • Opportunity for financial responsibilities depending on skillset

Practice Manager Requirements

  • Ready to be Challenged on a continual basis
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • At least 3 year’s experience as an Practice and/or Project Manager, preferably in medical or small business.
  • Preferable experience in concierge medicine
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service
  • Ability to quickly learn and assimilate new information
  • Exceptional problem solving skills
  • Advanced internet research skillset
  • Working knowledge of microsoft office and quick assimilation of practice management softwares
  • Exceptional work ethic, responsibility, and self-accountability are all necessary to be successful in this role.
  • Embrace being available after hours as needed for patient related or other important or time sensitive situations

Benefits

12 PTO days per year to increase yearly, health insurance, major holidays paid time off, bonus potential, Company-owned Apple Laptop Computer.

Health insurance is currently covered at 50% by the employer. After full time status begins, there will be a 90 probationary period, after which time benefits will be enacted.

Compensation and Structure

This will be based on a number of factors. Compensation will be commensurate to experience, versatility, cross coverage ability, etc. The Company has a history of providing raises and escalating financial opportunities much more aggressively than averages for those team members who show ongoing dedication and devotion to the Company. There are both W2 positions and part time 1099 positions available.
