Practice Manager Job Description
Our Company is looking for candidates who are seeking a Career Reinvigoration Destination (CRD) or are otherwise looking to be challenged and held to standards they have not previously experienced. Dedicated and talented individuals who excels in both Practice and Project Management and flourish in an unconventional, challenging, and progressive based environment are encouraged to apply. Experience in concierge medicine is an added benefit, but not required. This positions includes Practice Manager responsibilities, Project Management, and Medical Assistant (not required) responsibilities or a combination thereof.
Candidates are expected to possess or develop exceptional problem solving skills. Most importantly, we are looking for individuals who want to be pushed to their full potential. The landscape of our industry changes frequently, and we need someone who can adapt and keep up.

Benefits
12 PTO days per year to increase yearly, health insurance, major holidays paid time off, bonus potential, Company-owned Apple Laptop Computer.
Health insurance is currently covered at 50% by the employer. After full time status begins, there will be a 90 probationary period, after which time benefits will be enacted.
Compensation and Structure
This will be based on a number of factors. Compensation will be commensurate to experience, versatility, cross coverage ability, etc. The Company has a history of providing raises and escalating financial opportunities much more aggressively than averages for those team members who show ongoing dedication and devotion to the Company. There are both W2 positions and part time 1099 positions available.
