Io Motors’ is looking for a service advisor trainee. You bring the customer service skills, and we will provide the training and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Duties :

• Greet customers in a warm and welcoming manner
• Setting and managing appointments for our clients
• Selling vehicles services (we will train)
• Order and receive parts
• Building an advocate relationship with clients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office area
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience :

Previous experience in customer service

Skills :

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail for order accuracy and cleanliness standards
