The Role:

This newly-created position is ideally based in our Renton office. Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide direct supervision, management, and reporting for five direct reports (case managers & peers).
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with LEAD partners including Seattle Police Department, King County Sheriff, King County and City of Seattle Prosecutor’s office.

  • Provide education and training to community-based organizations and providers about LEAD, Ideal Option, medication-assisted treatment, and substance use disorder to broaden acceptance of addiction as a chronic disease and continue to reduce stigma and misconceptions about the disease.
