Inward Bound Health Solutions, LLC is Hiring a Mental Health Counselor Near Edmond, OK

Inward Bound Health Solutions is looking to fill positions for Licensure Candidates or fully Licensed Mental Health Professionals. These are part time and full time positions available with our regular referrals for adults and children's behavioral health services. We are a growing practice and looking to expand. We are an ODMHSAS accredited outpatient counseling facility with referrals that are waiting for qualified providers.

Details about the position:

  • We offer a competitive rate based on experience and Licensure status.
  • Wages are not capped at a certain amount.
  • Benefits available such as Workers Comp, Health Insurance, dental/vision Insurance.
  • We have an eclectic referral base ranging from school contracts to online searches to psychiatrists and other local doctors that we work with.
  • Sessions are flex schedule, so you are in charge of your schedule. Very family friendly.
  • Telehealth and rural-site sessions are available and integrated into our practice.
  • Office space is shared with other clinicians and opportunities to staff cases, use a vast library of resources at your disposal such as reproducible client assessments, articles for clients on every topic, toys and games for children clients and more.

Requirements:

  • Must have an appropriate degree in the mental health field and be currently licensed and considered an LBHP (Licensed Behavioral Health Professional) or an LBHP candidate. If you are an LCSW or PHD, there may be a compensation bonus available based off of experience.
  • Must be able to provide intake assessments, treatment plans and professional services to a variety of clients and be knowledgeable and willing to work under State and National rules and guidelines.
  • Must be punctual and dependable for clients. Maintain a schedule that is steady for clients.
  • Need to be culturally competent.
  • Must be cooperative with deadlines and complete paperwork accurately and timely to abide by accrediting and governing agencies.
  • Basic computing skills and experience.
  • Benefits available after 90 days of full time employment.

Pay: $39,600.00 - $90,000.00 per year
