Invisible Narratives seeks a dynamic Community Manager to oversee our organic social media platforms. This contract role offers the potential for full-time employment for the right candidate. The ideal applicant will be deeply immersed in social media culture, possess a strong passion for animation and video games, and have a keen understanding of the diverse consumer behaviors unique to each major social platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage all company social media accounts.
• Engage actively with our community to foster a positive and interactive online environment.
• Schedule and post content across various social platforms, ensuring consistent and relevant engagement.
• Report on trends, feedback, and social analytics, providing actionable insights to the executive team.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement, tailored to the nuances of each platform.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role in social media management.
• Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (Discord, YouTube, Facebook, X. Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their specific audience behaviors.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling content that resonates with fans of animation and video games.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate trends and adapt strategies effectively.
