Role: Program Manager--Crop Insurance

Location: Kansas City, MO (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term

Responsibilities:

• 15 years experience as a Business Analyst with strong Crop insurance domain experience
• 5 years of experience working as a Program Manager.
• Strong insurance domain functional expertise and support solutioning
• Experience in Agile / Scrum projects with onsite-offshore delivery model
• Strong BA experience with the ability to drive and influence business conversations.
• Hands-on experience writing user stories, product model, rating and form specifications.
• Excellent communication, client interfacing, and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Monday to Friday
