Summary of Position:

Trains pets on the various Invisible Fence® Brand pet solutions according to the preferred training method and to instruct customers on how to follow-up the training with reinforcement of procedures and practices associated with the training protocol.

Responsibilities:

Provide training for pets with training method recommended by Invisible Fence® Brand

Provide support and training for customers to follow-up the certified training provided by the instructor

Effectively communicate with the customer the goals of each training session as well as the equipment used

Display a full understanding of the products and how they are used within the training sessions

Exceed standard customer satisfaction levels

Schedule

• Monday through Friday/Tuesday through Saturday (alternating weekly schedule)
• Weekend availability

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Pet Training: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License with at least 3 years of driving experience (Required)
