Invictus Healthcare System is a fast paced, multi-specialty clinic, that is searching for a self-motivated and diligent person to obtain insurance authorizations for a variety of services. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a positive attitude, is highly organized, communicates with clinical staff and providers well, and takes pride in being the best at their position.

This position will be responsible for:

• Obtaining authorizations for services including, but not limited to, MRI, durable medical equipment, interventional procedures, physical therapy, surgery, etc.
• Communicating with clinic staff and providers
• Documentation and record keeping related to authorizations
• Keeping up with changes to insurance payer's medical policies

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Clinical experience
• At least one year experience obtaining procedure authorizations
• Experience in the use of an EHR system
• Knowledge of medical policy requirements and limitations for multiple payer
• High Organize Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
